The airport looked like it is very small or maybe it is really small. There are places to charge stuff just as you enter but most of the wall plugs was next to or behind a trash can. The staff was very helpful. We have to take the boarding pass and go to the down floor. The gate name had only numbers which made me think this is a small airport
I've flown out of this airport several times over the past few years, and surprisingly, it's always been a good experience (airline-specific encounters aside). Security is pretty fast, and I've always found the terminals large enough to accommodate everyone waiting. I think one of the coolest things about this airport is taking a trek to terminal A. From what I remember, there's a cool history display along with some pretty nice views of the field.
Very difficult to locate washrooms. Looked for it like hours. I wish there were good public signs to help aide. The halls are good nice shops within the Airport. Security is good. The customer service is great and what I loved most is there waiting area. It is one of the best I have ever been to. Nice Airport service.
Great experience, great facility and I enjoyed free as well as fast WiFi. Friendly and professional staff. It is a very busy yet easy to navigate through. If I were to choose which airport to use to Washington DC I will choose Reagan Airport any day.
So easy to use. Beautiful and historic. Close to the city and the approach for landings provides more spectacular views than any other airport I have ever flown into. So, if you are given the option, always choose the window seat flying in and out of Reagan. Day and night it is beautiful. (Just not so much on foggy days).
