I don't care too much for the service here and every now and then my order gets messed up somehow. But if you're looking for a quick lunch or snack or coffee during the week, this will do. I mostly just go hear for the convenient location next to my office.
I ordered a over $500 catering from Corner Bakery Arlington for a very important meeting in my office with ALL of our Board of Directors. We called ahead and went over the entire menu to make sure everything was right. They delivered the wrong order. We got lots of sandwiches with bacon and ham when we carefully specify we needed no PORK. The tomato basil mozzarella sandwiches looked just horrible, not fresh and it was obviously that were made the night before. When called there was no manager on duty. The lady who made the delivery poor thing was nervous because she messed up the orders. When she called the place they told her to bring everything back. EVERYTHING that we already touched. Come on, I've worked in restaurants before and this is SO WRONG. They started to bring the correct items freshly made which confirmed that what we got was previously made. Even though we were MAD because it was the lunch for the OWNERS of our company and it couldn't go wrong we understand that was not her fault because when you have couple of big orders like that you need to have a manager checking if everything is correct. I've worked over 9 years in hospitality and this was just not right at all. The catering manager called me next day, but she missed me and did not even bother to call again or follow up. Very poor customer service. WE will never ever other even a potato chip from them again.
Great lunch spot. Salads are well done. Plenty of tables and good service. One server in particular is great. I can remember his name, but he's an older gentleman that knows and lives the definition of customer service.
Wonderful place for a breakfast with all those smiley and friendly staff. Had a great time having my breakfast. Keep it up CBC.
Stopped in for some dessert, but the girl at the register did not speak enough English to talk about a lemon square. A $5 transaction became a 10 minute production because she also didn't know how to work the cash register. Left with only a few cookies. CB has amazing cookies, but the staffing choice here was pretty odd.
