I attempted to get a foreign exchange done (US dollars for Australian dollars) and the bank manager refused- stating I did not have a checking account- here is the relevant paragraph from their website- I do have one of their credit cards- Payment for online foreign currency orders can only be made using a Bank of America checking or savings account. You may also use a debit card linked to your Bank of America account. If you do not have a Bank of America checking or savings account but you do have a Bank of America credit card, you may place an order for foreign currency at a financial center. Cash payment is required at the time the order is placed. Bank of America does not accept credit cards as payment for foreign currency.
The Service is as slow as molasses here. The employee morale is on par to that of a DMV employee. Hope they get these guys some help.
I was willing to come in person and pay for the transaction in cash and them come back to collect the money but they still refused- this branch should be closed.

Bank manager has no idea what to do terrible, unprofessional and worst management need a management retraining. Don't waste your time or money at this location. the worst place to be at.
Don't waste your time or money at this location. I was a loyal BOA customer for 15 years before I started coming to this branch. I will not set one foot in the door of this branch until the managers learn some manners and focus more on their other clientele who speak English. The tellers are great, but they are hobbled by the management staff. Even the security guard at the door is friendly and courteous, but their efforts are ruined once you sit down and try to have a conversation with a customer service representative. If you do business with Bank of America, don't come here.
TEllers very friendly but the wait is totally ridiculous doesn’t matter what time you go to this location definely need to improve the service at this location seriously thinking of opening an acct somewhere else
