Here is to one of the barista's, Nebeu. I was in line one day when the person in front of me, in a wheel chair, was asking for directions to a nearby place. I ended up taking that person there. I had ordered a coffee when this occurred, but left before it was poured .
Typical Starbucks, so not much to say. Busy, friendly, spacious, inviting. Always a solid choice if you are looking for the expected.
I have come 30 minutes before they close (mobile order on Starbucks shuts down 30 min prior to any stores closure), & everything is turned off. When I ask them to just turn it back on, the employees are reluctant to even ask their manager, as if they're not be paid to be here. However, when they asked their manager at my insistence, I see why they're so reluctant, there's terrible comraderie here, and even worse communication.
It was all quite shocking. My neighbourhood Starbucks is Courthouse, it's much more cordial and enjoyable there! Unfortunately this location stays open later.
My experiences here are pretty consistent with other customers. Charon, Sharonne, unsure of how to spell her name, but nonetheless the manager is pretty terrible.
The customer service was terrible and the barista was nasty. When he made my order wrong and I asked for it to be fixed, he attempted to make me wait over 10 minutes and then made my drink extremely nasty.
The next day I stopped by and Nebeu recognized me and gave me a free drink. I wasn't really thinking about it..and realized he was the same person at the register from the day before. Quite generous and unexpected. Really terrific customer service. Stop by there...I can't speak for all staffers but they should have the same attitude and thoughtfulness as Nebeu.
The employee said "She wants me to turn the oven on." (First, he referred to me as if I wasnt standing right there, and I didn't tell him to turn the oven on, I asked if it was possible.) She barked at him, "No!"
2 stars cause the latte was still good.
Found 1 outlet in a corner after making a purchase. Won't be back
On a hot day like this a good iced coconut milk latte made me relax...
That was years ago. Now mid October 2017 I just discovered this store eliminated virtually all its electric outlets...and me w/ 2% charge.
