Car washing is good. Overall good quality work. Rob the owner exhibits tacky business behavior. Will try to run up the bill at every moment. Original estimate was 1300. Tried to pay it and they raised it to 2k. Tried to pay that and they raised it to $2300. He has a good staff but dealing with him personally has been exhausting. He should have someone handle this portion of the business as he is not good at it. Feels like I’m being robbed and hustled evertime I deal with him.
Got the wash and wax package. When I went to pick my car up I noticed it still had some bugs on the front mirrors and the front bumper. The woman on the phone raved about how good their "clay bar" treatment got rid of every bug and every bit of sand when she got her car cleaned after going to the beach. So when I saw that, I was pretty surprised. I told the manager and he promised that he'd make it right if I stuck around for another 5 minutes. 15 minutes later it looks alright but I have to wonder if they just used a compound that went right through the wax they supposedly treated the car with earlier.
That was a bit of a headache but then when I was driving to work I noticed that my radio stopped working. They had forgotten to tighten the antenna after putting it back on the car.

After my previous review I was contacted by Capitol Shine to make good on the situation. They did. I showed them the problems and they agreed. Dominic worked on my truck and it looked showroom new.
The receptionist was professional every time we spoke including when they had to come open the gate to get my big truck in the garage.
one of the great. car is shining, staff are friendly and meticulous. kudos on the customer care. will definitely visit again!
UPDATE:
For 135 dollars, I expected a much higher quality job, and for it to be done right the first time. I believe that they probably do have some good people on staff, but apparently the guy who cleaned my car wasn't one of them. I won't be going back.
Mr. Wash was terrible and did so much damage to the coating of my car. Not only did Capitol Shine do the best cleaning in the history of me owning a car, they offer waxing and touching up of the car. So worth the money!!!!
