Bill's has fantastic people working there, it has a great homey small town feel, and its super quick. Instead of driving to a big store and searching for parking and then waiting in line, this place is a quick in and out with the friendliest employees. Can't rate it high enough.
Nice local hardware store. The staff were very friendly to me when I stopped by to pickup a product that I ordered online to have delivered to the store for free shipping. Parking spaces in front of the store and across the street.
I have come here a lot. Staff tends to be rude and dismissive of questions. I know a little about hardware but most of these guys treat you like an idiot. One guy, Rich, is always nice but he is the exception not the rule. If you want a more helpful hardware experience, I suggest Cherrydale Hardware just down the road near Safeway. Much friendlier and more helpful.
I use this place a lot. They are well stocked for a little local hardware store. The people are always solicitous and helpful. They are very good about returns and refunds. The garden center located across the street is a gem. Big and well stocked.
The have free popcorn! And the staff is courteous and helpful.
