Prescriptions are handled competently, but sometimes long waits. Refills are done well, though procedure changes occasionally. Non-routine items, such as refill exceptions, are more difficult. Sometimes, nobody answers the phone.

I use the Rader Clinic since its convenient to our location. We just moved into the area & having it so close and ready stop when heading to the Commissary across the street. The Pharmacy can be a long wait. They do have signs up, so prepare yourself. The clinic has a lab, pharmacy, records and bigger than most other bases. Good so far, just bc going to Belvoir & Andrews or Bethesda are such a haul.

Very clean environment and felt the doctors listened to my concerns and promptly got me my referral to a specialist.

Cudos to the pharmacy staff.!

Nice staff and you don't have to wait long. Everything is very well organized, from check-in at the clinic, to the pharmacy and the lab. Did not feel the peek of the needle.

The clinic is small, making it easy to navigate through the building. I never wait long when I check in, it's painless and you get into see the doctor quickly. The only thing I do not love is the pharmacy wait. Sometimes the wait is short or long depends on the time of day. In front of window five, there is a ticket counter where you will get your number and wait to be called to the pharmacy window. If you need any blood work done, head upstairs. Radiology is located on the first floor.

I use the pharmacy for several medications. The staff is unfailingly courteous and helpful. Sometimes the wait is long, up to an hour recently. This may be due to being shorthanded because prior to recent times the wait was often less than 30 min.
