Customer service skills, patience and assistance was above and beyond. Moving into your space was far more pleasant an experience than moving into my current apartment; wish every property manager were more like your employees. 2710 S. Nelson Street has been my storage home for 25 years. Kim Harris and Danielle Hospedales, new managers since StorQuest took over in 2015, are warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, and reach out to help renters, like old friends. They make the clean, well-lit space feel like a destination.
Facility is clean, beyond state of the art elevator and units... and priced right!
Danielle and Kim were amazing to work with! When I first arrived I was greeted by both with a smile and warm welcome. Danielle and Kim answered all of my questions and they were very customer service oriented. Kim was very helpful when showing me a storage unit and accommodating to my needs for the storage space I desired. I cannot say enough good things about both of these professionals!! The staff (especially Ms. Kim) are fantastic! They went over and beyond helping me and my son. I would highly recommend this storage site to anyone. The take a personal position and an above average work ethic. We are more the clients, they treat us like family every time we go there. This was my first time using a storage site. Moving is my least favorite activity. Kim and the people at StorQuest made my experience less stressful. It seemed like anything I needed or forgot Kim had me covered. She is excellent with customer service and was a breath of fresh air during the daunting tasks I had on my plate. StorQuest made the pick-up and drop-off extremely easy. I highly recommend them.
