I got there at 6:59. Krystal was closing the register, but insisted on taking my order anyway. She was really helpful and nice, especially given she was staying late. If that isn't the best service, I don't know what is. Thanks, Krystal!

I've been to a lot of Sherwin-Williams, and this one's the best.
The woman behind the counter was terrible. I waited a solid 20 minutes for her to help the two (only two) people in front of me. Then I asked for the information on the paint I bought a few months ago. It took another 20 minutes before she had time to tell me it had not been recorded. She kept assisting other people who were behind me. How slow can a computer be? She had my name in seconds and verified that with me. Then I asked her to look under my contractor's name. She again said just a minute (which means 20 minutes) and assisted other people behind me. Having been there for an hour and getting no where, I left, with nothing. I would give this store no stars, but I have to give one to make a comment.

I love Sherwin paints but I could not be more frustrated with my experience today with Krystal. I just moved to the area and conveniently there is a store across the street. I paint a lot of furniture and was looking forward to building a relationship at this location. The first color match did not turn out but instead of trying to get it right, I left to try to get a better color swatch. When I couldn't find one, I chose to go with a color I have used many times. She was unable to find it in the system, perhaps a retired color now, but again, instead of trying to be helpful to get the color, I left again. I grabbed a pillow with a close color in hopes of color matching this time. Third times a charm? I asked her if we should start with the color fan first or did she think the machine could get it. She stated she didn't know but needed the right color to mix because we already had one mess up. That is not the experience I have had in the past shopping at Sherwin Williams. Normally they are very helpful making sure I leave the store happy. I will not be going back to this store now and not sure I even want to try the other store down the road.
