Great place for self-service dog washing. The staff was friendly and helpful and they had everything we needed. Nothing fancy, but friendly and affordable.
Dirty, moldy wash room. The help acted like I was inconveniencing her by being there (sorry for interrupting your texting) and when I asked for the "included" towels, you would have thought I asked her to clean up poop with her bare hand. I was almost finished drying my dog and the girl has the nerve (and class) to remind me with a nice little "oh, just a heads up, we are closing in 10 minutes (her exact words) as if she was going to throw us out if we went past the top of the hour by literally a minute or two. We were out of there 3 minutes later (about 7 minutes till closing) Good thing, I didn't want her to have to stay after any longer then she had to. I had to give one star to be able to post....that was too much.
If I could give less than one star I would. This place is not only overpriced...it's abusive. They restrained my dog so harshly it literally left her wounded. Side note, they also let another dog in without proper immunizations. DON’T GO HERE!!!!
Been taking my dogs here for washing and grooming for six plus years but no more. Cost has gone up while quality of staff etc seems to have gone down. Takes them like six hours to get a dog groomed, always tons of dogs parking, really chaotic environment. Today during routine conversation about vaccinations woman at desk said i was “giving her attitude.” So we left. I’ve tried to be loyal to this small local business for so many years, through up s and downs of quality - and have spent many thousands of dollars there - but adding terrible customer service to the equation is too much, and we won’t be returning.
Great location right next to Shirlington Dog Park! Parking can be limited.
Friendly people who take care of the dogs during nail clipping! I recommend making a reservation since it can be busy on weekends. $12ish for nail clipping for dog.
