I worked for them for 14 years and all they care about is profits over employees or customers! They "let me go" because I was in a horrible car accident and I was of no use to them. All they care about is their stockholders, which also includes TGIFridays, Radisson, and Country Inn. My advice, if you want better service, call the airline, or go on-line.
