I was working directly with the sales manager, David. I made an offer on a used 2010 vehicle with approx. 116,000 miles. He counter offered and then we both agreed to $14,500 out the door (which included their enormous dealership fee of $795). After we had agreed to a price I began working on arrangements to finalize the sale. Only to have David change the price hours later to $15,500 plus the dealer fee to total $16,295. My bad experience with this dealership included VERY POOR customer service (which I could elaborate on much more). I strongly recommend consumers STAY AWAY!
What an amazing car dealership!!! At Car Line of Arlington, I was able to purchase a used car for such a great low price!! The EXCEPTIONAL people at Car Line of Arlington were able to work with me and my finances and what i was able to afford, and at day's end, they gave me a used car for a very affordable price!! And that's not it...the professionalism, integrity, honesty, and knowledge of the employees at Car Line of Arlington was off-the chains...especially their honesty. The only thing i feel bad about is that i literally "Stole" a car from them at such a low price...words can't express at how good this car dealership was to me. Definitely would recommend this dealership to anybody looking for a great cheap used car (and any other car in general) and for anybody looking for HONEST, knowledgeable, great salespeople. Great service and nice folks to deal with. They totally made us feel special and went above and beyond to include cosmetic repairs included in the total price.
