Needing service on my Fiat 500, I went to this location's website and called the number for service and made an appointment for a later day. When we arrived we were informed that location doesn't do service and would have to travel to far-away Sterling, Virginia. The person spoke to did not inform me of the service location and also got the day of the appointment wrong.
It was a very good and pleasant buying experience. Jayden Silver is very knowledgeable and prompt. I purchased many new vehicles since I left university in 1995. Each time, I was under heavy pressure by the sales team. This time was very different. There was no sales pressure. We talked fair price and fair deal.
