I have had a terrible experience with this insurance agent. I was a State Farm customer in GA and therefore simply transferred my policy to VA; however, I'm surely regretting that choice.
They didn't refund all my money. I don't suggest State Farm at all.
I have had terrible customer service issues with this agent and have continued to receive false information from his staff. I am currently only using State Farm to insure my condo - twice my mortgage company has sent checks to David at State Farm (following the directions in the invoice) and David's team has lost the check - resulting in State Farm threatening to cancel my policy due to a late payment. In addition, his staff has now provided me with conflicting information on multiple occasions (specifically what IS covered and and what is NOT covered under my policy).
