I went here for a simple new watch battery. I then watched as their tech slammed my watch with a mallet like it was piece of plastic. A jewel popped out of its place because of it. I went back and complained to only get choice words thrown at me by some teenager working the register who wanted to dodge liability. The owner agreed to fix it but the jewel popped back out shortly. I don't have the time or patience to return and get it fixed. But let's be clear, I do not recommend this store at all. Id give it negative stars if possible. Stay clear.
After a few moments of good energy, I decided to trust Mory to order a sterling silver lobster claw swivel clasp for a pendant to be attached to a charm bracelet. Two days later I received Mory's call that my item was ready for pick up. It was as imagined, at a good price and perfect.
Brought my Omega back up to pristine condition, and gave me a very well detailed appraisal. Will go back for sure!
