Very rude and unable to perform the simplest of tasks. She told me before I started to tell her what I needed that she would not be able to help me.
It takes a long time typically, but that's to be expected. The reason I like this place is because the staff is always courteous, especially the guards at the front.
It takes forever to get things done. Have been waiting for one
Slow slow slow. They call a number every 20-35 minutes.. except to wait a very long time (more than 2 hours). This is my second visit and I've been waiting and waiting ... I called the office to see if I can make an appointment to get my name changed and they said no. Not sure how long the process actually takes but the wait is very long. I see staff in the back walking around looking at the cell phones. This location has 3 windows but one person working. There have been a few times where they were serving no one for 10 minutes.. ridiculous!
Street signage to SS Office is lacking. A little crowded in the waiting room spilling clientele into the hallway corridor near elevators, unable to hear call number being announced. LED Call Number marquee in waiting room not working.
Counter staff very professional.
