So... yes, you can get same day service. Thumbs up for that. But... it's gonna be sloppy and you or your family may end up injured and/or cleaning up after them. Be sure to factor that in.

I used Safelite a week ago and James did an outstanding job. The experience was nothing short of fantastic. I would use this company again and am thankful this service member is on the team. He was helpful, friendly, and made authentic suggestions. Due to this experience, I recently did a referral to a coworker.
I highly recommend this establishment.
Otherwise, everything else was not good. I intentionally taped garbage bags on the inside and outside of my broken window to prevent glass from ending up in the cabin of my vehicle. It appears that the tech working on my window began the repair/replacement process by removing the interior garbage bag and dumping glass into my vehicle. After being given back the vehicle, I had to take it to a gas station and vacuum glass out of my vehicle, to include my infant's car seat. And... adding insult to injury, like literal injury, I received numerous cuts to my hands from glass shards as part of the clean up process.
They are a partner with GEICO and I got my windshield replaced here. They did a good job and the service was fast. Would use again.
This is by far the best possible service I've ever gotten anywhere. The 2 guys working there are so darling. I arrived 40min late to my appointment. No problem, leave the car and we ll squeeze you in. Anywhere else, you would've heard someone teaching you that you're late, too bad. Not there. It seemed so smooth. Then I get back and it's alot cheaper than i thought. I'm a busy person and live out of my car for most of the day... Food, trash, papers etc.. I get back to my car and look around. Couldn't believe my eyes. Everything was cleaned up. Vacuumed all over. Loose change from the back seat collected in a box. All my paperwork stacked neatly, all the trash removed. I wanted to cry. I walked back in and gave him a $20 tip. I was blown away. Thinking about it now, makes me wanna cry. So great! Great great job
I came in for a quick windshield replacement. They staff here were polite, professional and quick. They seamlessly worked with my insurance company so there was very little to do on my end.
They transferred my registration and inspection stickers to the new windshield, which was a very nice bonus. Not having to go to the DMV and the vehicle inspection center for replacement stickers was a huge relief.
I appreciate that the Safelite team was able to fit me in on the same day. I want to start with a positive, so I want to state that. But it ends there.
