Dr. Malekiani and her VA Hospital Center Office staff went beyond the call of duty! As I was trying to get to my early morning appointment, the parking garage ticket machine "ate" my credit card. All were so helpful and arranged with Security at the Hospital to meet me at the ticket machine and retrieve my credit card. What a relief! And, although I've only had several visits with Dr. Malekiani, I have found her to be thorough, compassionate, and a good listener. Kudos to everyone in this office and to Hospital Security!

I absolutely love Dr. Malekiani and her staff. She is always so pleasant and very thorough and takes the time with you to explain everything. She is also very professional with an excellent bedside manner. I would highly recommend her as anyone's doctor.
I can't begin to describe the frustration I have gone through to get prescriptions in a timely manner at this physician group. The most recent time I called to request a refill, I received a call back from the staff saying that my prescription had been called in. However, this was not the case, and my pharmacy had to repeatedly call and fax requests to the physician's office with no success. I, too, made several more call attempts with no response. Thankfully, I was already in the process of switching phsyician groups to Inova, and after only one visit I was signed up for MyChart and was able to get my prescription filled within 24 hours after ONE email directly to my physician. I am happy to have finally found another doctor that is attentive to my needs and responds in a timely, responsible manner to its patients. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere for your healthcare needs.
