He got my tonsils out but whole in my eardrum

I came in because one of my tonsil is larger then the other one, my larger one gives me sharp pains once in a while & I have trouble swolling and sometimes it's hard to breath. Ive had strep throat & I'm ALWAYS SICK. I came into his office seeking for his professional advise and to HELP ME. He was nice at first introduce himself but he didn't seem to acknowledge my problems... Ever since I was 12YEARS OLD I've taken NASUAL SPRAY because I couldn't breath from my NOSE. I am 22 years old and it's still a problem. I told him it doesn't work and I've tried so many I can't even remember what there called. After examining my throat and nose he gave me a prescription for a nasual spary... & sent me home. I told him I read online that a OTOLARYNGOLOGY is supposed to put a camera inside the TONSIL & through the NOSE to get a better view. He said I QUOTE " yes we do, however your tonsils arent touching each other so it wouldn't be necessary" mind you my large tonsil is big that the food I swallon is only from the other side. He also had a smart remark saying my "insurance wouldn't pay for surgery". If you guys where there you would have seen his face and the way he was, it wasn't something I didn't expected from a DOCTOR. He ingonored me and everything I told him he said and I quote " I need written documentation that you've had strep throat" Please tell who keeps all there medications and doctors note since there were 12 years of age? I honestly went to my car in tears because it's so hard living with swollen tonsils and everything is so uncomfortable, image not being able to breath.
