The staff is efficient and courteous, and the billing handled accurately. Dr. Bergamini takes the time to ask questions and listen to the answers. She has provided excellent care (I'm pretty healthy, so I'm judging by annual physicals and relatively minor issues). I'm very satisfied and have no hesitation in recommending this practice, and Dr Bergamini, to others.
Very frustrating as long-time patient (over 8 years) to be told soonest I can get appointment for annual physical is 4 months from now! And never reminder from staff that I never had a physical last year. Disappointing
