We booked on Expedia and everything was as expected and even much nicer! You can't beat the location and the proximity to the Metro and restaurants nearby. The hotel staff was very helpful and even gave us Metro passes to use during our stay, then we turned around and left 5 for the next guest they can offer them to. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. We have a family of 5, three teenagers, and it was a large room for all of us to spread out and have plenty of room. The hotel was always very quiet at night when we were in the room too. I would definitely stay here again! Parking was free and a shuttle to Metro if you didn't want to walk. It's very clean, simple and comfy for families. We walked everyday to the Metro and I felt very safe! The breakfast was typical hotel breakfast, but great too!
We booked here primarily for the parking ability and how close it was to the metro. We stayed in a suite the room was really clean and the staff was accommodating when you did have requests. They were willing to help you out if you had any questions about what to do in the area or how to get around they truly went above and beyond. The building itself is a little older looking but don't let the out side scare you off. And you can't beat the free brekfest so if you are on edge just go a head and book it you won't be disappointed.
Facilities were good. A little old but we were out for most of the day so the room for sleeping. It was really big and had more space in addition to the beds. The breakfast was decent. The hot food were a form of eggs and meat. There was also bagels, bread, muffins, donuts, cereal, make your own waffles, yogurt, fruit, milk etc. There are a lot of people so if you want a spot to sit, go early.
Nice and clean. Shuttle bus to the metro even though it is close enough to walk. The entire staff was very nice and friendly. Breakfast buffet was free and well stocked. They also had sausage and eggs every morning.
Currently staying here... super friendly staff. Good variety for free hot breakfast. Metro shuttle is a great free service. Awesome price and location. Definitely recommend
