Horrible service but they have great food. Every time I place a to-go order they say 30 minutes. So I wait 30 minutes to pick up the order and then they make me wait another 30 minutes there. It is very aggravating especially for a person that is on the go like me. Also, their customer service is curt and non-apologetic even though they clearly aren't delivering the food on time. I love their food however. Sad that their service is bad. I rate service more important than the food and their service is severely lacking.
I love this place. The workers are super friendly, the food is delicious, and the hookah is great. I come here almost all the time with my friends. Cheap happy hour prices for food and hookah!
They prioritize phone orders higher than people that walk into their store. Waited to see a bunch of orders to be fulfilled before mine, placed right there
Good n satisfying food, but the staff need to show more of smiling faces and be nicer when taking orders. Ravi's personality is not inviting. On the other hand, we will go back just because of Mr. Vicky's hospitality n their food. Thank u.
I Ordered food and went back to my workplace to eat , the potatoes as a side dish i had were solid as rock ,uncooked. And my main dish lamb was burnt since i was really really hungry I ate parts that somewhat i could eat and threw the rest of food . Wanted to call them back but didnt got a chance . Definitely not going back.
