The pizza is always on point! My girl refuses to eat any other pizza. Today, I knew she would want to order one so I went in early on and asked them if they could put the pepperoni in the shape of a heart for Valentine's Day when she called and they did! Love this place!
My family loved the pizza and the crust and I loved the bbq buffalo wings. The delivery man went out if his way to fix an issue. We definitely would recommend it.
Badly run place, makes me hesitant to order from them again. Too bad because the pies are really good.

When I called about the missing Garlic Knots I was told they could either send them out to us OR I could get a credit towards my next order. WTF. Seriously? How about "we will get them to you or refund your money".
This is the second delivery order in a row that has been screwed up and arrived cold. We hadn't ordered from Paizanos for almost a year after a previous order arrived over two hours late, cold and missing items.
This place is the bomb they don't just have pizza they got subs and stuff and they are nice if you ever hungry pop your head in this place is amazing
I'm guessing this happens so much at this branch that it would be a loser for them to take the time to constantly be refunding money and that people would rather take the credit than wait for their missing food.
Our missing GK's did arrive shorty after I called about them. We ordered the 6pc and they sent us 12. And they were hot.
But we do really like their pizza so we gave it a try again tonight. We were told our order would arrive in 35 to 45 minutes. And after an hour our order arrived barely warm and missing the Garlic Knots we paid for. This Paizanos is only 2.6 miles from our house. 10-15 minutes at the most...no reason for cooled down food.
