Very rude, delivery person demanded tip. After my bill was quoted $11. I started to give a tip but guy went into details about him working for free and had to take the elevator up to the 15th floor. When they delivered my bill was $15. I will never order from them again. My wings were dry and food was cold.
Not bad if you're desperate... Dingy inside. Fish tank doesn't have any fish? Staff is a bit rude. There are better places in Pentagon City.
Great specials, fast delivery, quick turnaround and incredible prices for a Chinese food restaurant in an expensive city of Arlington. Greatly recommend it for Chinese food-lovers who want to spend less.
WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER HAD TO ORDER FROM. I ORDERED A COMBO LO MEIN WITH NO PORK SPECIFICALLY. WHEN I GOT MY ORDER IT HAD PORK. I CALLED BACK THE PERSON PERSON STARTED YELLING AND TOLD ME I DONT KNOW THE DIFFERENT BETWEEN CHICKEN AND PORK AND THAT HE WILL GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. ALL I WANTED IS FOR THEM TO CORRECT MY ORDER I DIDN'T ASK FOR MY MONEY BACK. BUT FOR YOU TO YELL AT YOUR CUSTOMER AND TELL THEM TO THEM THAT YOU WILL GIVE THEM THEIR MONEY BACK??!!! UNBELIEVABLE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTER.
Yeah, it's not very good. Food was pretty nasty, you can smell the cigarette smoke from the bar while waiting for your food, even though the door is closed, and the whole place is just grungy. The only good thing is that take out is fast and that it's the only Chinese restaurant within walking distance of Crystal City. It's odd that in an area with so many good restaurants of widely varying cuisines, that the lone Chinese restaurant sucks... Chinese food is like the hardest one to screw up. Bafflingly bad.
