Just knowing how many homeless live here at night makes the place kind of disturbing. plus the tunnel effect from the overpasses does not create a great atmosphere.
The annual Rosslyn Jazzfest is a great use of a beautiful park
Small green space on a corner. Location for events like summer outdoor movies. Grass seating. Downtown but not noisy.
Could be a bit better manicured, and monitored, as homeless people tend to make the nooks and crannies their campsites. Really is like the Rosslyn homeless hub there, but generally they'll leave you alone, it's the panhandlers on Lynn you have to worry about.
Interesting place to put a park. I've only been here at night for the outdoor movies they show. I'd make sure not to see a movie that you're really interested in because it can be hard to hear with the planes flying so close. However, it is a fun activity to do with friends.
