I called the police to see if they could patrol the area at that time.
This was one of my favorite places to go on the trails, use the dog park, have my 2 year old go on the playground. I had no problem going on my own with no protection but my 60 lb dog; until today.
Adorable playground with two areas for smaller children and older children, a sand pit, picnic area, and public bathrooms. Right off the four-mile run bike path and just a few minutes walk from the Long Branch Nature Center.
Around 2:45 some kids from Kenmore Middle School were cutting through the trees to go home. A few boys started screaming profanities and lewd comments at me. They threaten to kill my infant and threw rocks at us.
A wooded escape in the heart of the city. Facilities include picnic areas, dog park, playground, and lots of space to ride bikes along the adjacent paved path of the old railroad right of way. Occasional bathrooms.
Very nice, quiet place .
Today I really scared about dogs. This park is a good place for dog, not for children and family. I am 20 weeks pregnant. I really worry about my little girl. I hate this park. The dogs are open. No body control this person who has dog.
DO NOT go to the dog park from 2:30-3 pm on school days.
Be careful.
I love to go there a lot and enjoy the view of the trees and the river
