The store is large and at times is well organized. At others it's unkempt and messy making it difficult to navigate even without a cart.
I love this company but prefer the Kingstown and DC locations only because at the Pentagon City/Arlington location a few of the staff have attitude problems and signage is often incorrect or missing.
Could be more organized. It often feels tight and cluttered with lots of narrow footpaths and trip hazards. The staff is very nice and helpful though and the product selection is good.
Joined their rewards program. It was free and easy. I don't visit too often so as to not spend money I don't have. Cool to find food stuffs from different countries seeing stuff I've seen in different countries sold at inflated prices. Staff has always been nice and helpful, I think there should be more of them though.
Good Prices. Varieties from all de world. Beautiful crafts
Some of the employees are wonderful but if shopping when those with poor attitudes are working makes the shopping experience depressing.
Good selection of ethnic food products, wine, and beer. Housewares too. Minimal furniture.
