Knowledgeable and friendly service that isn't pushy. They have good quality pieces in many different styles and tastes. The only thing I hated was the super annoying jazzy Christmas music. Too soon. Too cheeseball. Other than that, great.
The staff is great! They are very knowledgeable and wonderful with exchanges. We bought a rug and it was too small. We exchanged the rug and they gave us the sale price!
