Good store. Layout is somewhat crammed seeming, but that is not too bad.
This location is so hit or miss. Several of the regular employees are so rude (two in particular I know I'm going to be "bothering" when asking for help) A few are fantastic. Can't get consistency. Just called to inquire whether something was stocked in the store and was interrupted mid-sentence "I need to put you on hold"...and then I waited 5 minutes before hanging up. I'm a VERY regular customer and the lack customer service is super frustrating.
I've been in to browse several times, but have yet to make a purchase. They have some gorgeous furniture and the most amazing fur blankets, but it's obviously a very pricey establishment. Also, I find it very irritating that a lot of their products don't have price tags. I found a few jewelry boxes I liked, but none of them had price stickers anywhere.
Was looking for a rug to go in the living room. Was very close to purchasing a $2k rug from Crate and Barrel, which the cat would have torn to bits quite promptly,cause he's bad. Found a rug which was 40% off, and it happened to be friends and family weekend, so I received an additional 20% off. The employees could not have been more helpful, and I saved $1,700 over the rug I was literally gonna purchase from a competitor I would say this deserves five stars. Thank you Pottery Barn, and most importantly thank you attentive ladies at this store.
The employees can be very rude and snooty here. The furniture is really good quality from experience with purchasing a dresser and dining room set from here
