The bad news is how much time I spend traveling out to the DC area. The good news has been staying at the BOQ lodging. I've used a number of their locations in the Crystal City and Pentagon City area, and it is just a great feeling staying in their apartment/condo units. They are very convenient from a metro perspective, and the exercise facilities are just stellar. Add in wifi that has always been rock solid, and all the space that comes in a condo - you can't go wrong.
I have been staying at BOQ properties at Pentagon City for several years now, and I have been extremely pleased with the accommodations and the friendly staff. My previous experiences at other hotels in the D.C. area do not even hold a candle to my experiences at the BOQ. I want to particularly reference Jackie Miller, who has handled all of my reservations. Jackie provides outstanding customer service and always makes me feel like she truly cares about making my stays the best possible. The front desk personnel at all of the properties are wonderful as well, and they are always there to answer any questions or help with any issues that might arise. Additionally, the location of the properties is superb, with close proximity to the metro, shopping, and restaurants. It is wonderful to feel like I am in a "home away from home," and I highly recommend them to anyone needing accommodations in the D.C. area.
This was a great place to stay. Jackie was so accommodating and helped me find just the right space for my stay while a member of my family had surgery. This place was so convenient to everything: CVS, Whole Foods, Starbucks, White Flint Metro, local eateries. Immaculate and wonderful security! For a country girl from South Carolina, I never had a second where I was concerned for my safety. Full sized appliances and even a washer and dryer in the unit. I will definitely stay here again!
