Decent business park type hotel. Great location near Washington National Airport and Crystal City Metro stop. Nice staff and conveniences. It's an easy walk to get to several good and varied restaurants. There are a range of accessible places to eat a little to the north and west along 23rd. In all, a convenient place to stay for a business trip or vacation in the Washington DC area.
I did not stay, I attended a social gathering. The venue is very large with multiple rooms. There is a bar. And the premise is kept clean. I enjoyed my visit.
We visited on a very busy weekend for an event with about 35000 other people, all in the city at the same time. Despite all the the activity the hotel and it's staff was able to meet any demand we had. Valet parking was prompt, shuttle service to and from the airport and metro area was good. Room was very clean and no surprises or delays. Staff were all kind and ready to help out. Would definitely stay again!!!
Great hotel. Staff, convenience and accommodations. The food is very good as is the portions. Though the outdoor pool and dock area are very relaxing and you can watch as people jet ski, you have to take into consideration that you are near the airport and there is a train track on the other side of the small lake. So the beautiful scenery can get noisy sometimes. But as I said, all the staff are great, very helpful and the rooms are very clean and comfortable
Large hotel that does a lot of events. Overall, a great choice for a business traveler. It is at the end of Crystal City so you will need to walk about 10 minutes to reach many restaurants that Crystal City has to offer. Metro is about 15 minute walk if you do not wait for a hotel shuttle. Bottom line, good hotel.
