Recently purchased two suits and paid for alterations on both suits, one suit was perfect. However after making three trips to get the second suit corrected finally decided to goes elsewhere as it appears they couldn't get the minor alterations correct, even after their staff explained the problem in their notes. So I've paid for a service that wasn't provide to the customers satisfaction. Not a happy customer!
