Love Zara but the staff is horrible. I have been to this location multiple times. Have really bad experience every single time.
I went here to return something tonight. No one was working at the men's checkout so I went upstairs. There were two cashiers. One person had a large purchase, while the other was taking at least 20 minutes to argue with the cashier about his return (not the cashier's fault, he was trying to argue out of their return policy). After cashier number 1 finishes his transaction, he just gets up and leaves for at least 5 minutes, while there are 15 people in line and no active cashiers. Some manager type comes over, and I expect she'll take his post, but she doesn't, nor did she address the massive unmoving line
I've been calling for 4 days straight to ask to put a certain dress on hold for my birthday. Each time I called, before I could even get a word out, I was told that I was going to be put on a quick hold. These "quick holds" would last for at least 15 minutes before I would just hang up after realizing I had been forgotten about. Then I would call back and go through the exact same thing. Eventually I just gave up. I went in the store to find the dress myself. No one in the store helped me, greeted me, or even smiled. The fitting room personnel were very rude also. The nicest people in the store were the security officer and one (...ONE) sales associate named Abraham. It's a shame.
I then called back for the n'teenth time to speak to a different sales associate who had to take down my information once again (after my third time giving it to someone). I was then called back shortly after by a different sales associate & was FINALLY able to put the dress on hold.
This was beyond my most irritating experience ever. SHAME, SHAME, SHAME! Zara, get it together.
this place is the absolute worst. Customer service is TERRIBLE and their employees are THIEVES!
Do not ever call this store. Bad customer service - they kept putting me on hold without actually pausing the line to talk to other co-workers. I had to repeat my reference number for the item I was looking for 4x just for them to tell me the item isn't in stores.
UPDATE: Been calling for the last hour and a half today, have been placed on hold 7 times, and have waited at least 15 minutes for each hold only to talk to no one and receive no help. 3 hours ago I spoke with Jada, a manager, who seemed competent and assured me that she would help me after explaining everything to her. She was supposed to give me a call back and take down my information but never did. I called back to speak directly to Jada, was placed on hold, and waited 15 minutes before hanging up. I called back, asked for Jada again, and a different manager told me that she clocked out. She then told me that she would look for the information Jada left for my dress (but couldn't find it because Jada never left it), put me on hold, I waited for 15 minutes, hung up, called back, and went through the same cycle again 3 times. I was never able to get in contact with that other manager. When I asked for her, I was told I was being transferred to her but never was able to get in contact with her. She was also supposed to contact me but never did. Completely unprofessional.
