I went to Express store at Pentagon city mall on Sunday to buying some clothes. There was a lot of clothes hanging in the fitting room. The customer service was powerless. Irlinda and the manager was very disrespectful to me at register. I am a longtime customer at this particular store. I was very disappointed with my last experience.
Associate didn't even tell me about the "Do not remove" tag and the tag wasn't even on the dress ... very bad experience.. and it was my first time there!
Absolute terrible experience. They didn't have anything in the right size. Then the prices were incorrectly marked as admitted by their manager. We were forced to order online which happen to not even have the items we wanted available. For an establishment which has been around forever, they need to figure out customer satisfaction.
Excellent customer service. They will look for discounts for you to give you the best bargain. They will help you size clothes and get the right fit. This is the Express I make a special trip to the mall for.
