I wanted to order shoes through store. The manager asked me to provide a product number. Otherwise, he will not order for me. I only know the brand, size and showed him the photo. How the hell I know Clark internal product number? Is not the seller's job to find out the number for a customer? Ridiculous and arrogant. I asked the manger to at least pretend to find out by the computer. He pretended in 3 seconds by using his cell phone and said no. He is only good at pretending. Clark at Pentagon City is going downhill under this pretentious guy...
Didnt have the latest stuff online, and the staff was alright. Did not make me feel very welcoming. When I was checking out at the counter, two sales people just stood there and didnt even move. I get that they were waiting for the sales person who made the sale to ring me up, but at least they could have greeted me. oh well.
