Ordering Online is very Frustrating!!! I ordered 2 men's sweat shirts online and had them shipped to the store in Pentagon City and the notification of delivery was horrible. The status of the confirmation email kept telling me the package had been shipped with no ETA. I tried calling the store and 2 people took my name and number and said that they would call me back with an ETA and never did. And that was after several calls to the store with no professional voice mail set up. Soooo I ordered the item on 10/25/2017 and it is 10/31/2017 and I still have no clue of the delivery date or time. I thought shipping to the store was simple NEVER AGAIN !!!!!! And I only gave one star because I had to, in order to post this.
Does anyone pick up the phone here? I probably called 10-15 times in a row and I’m not exaggerating.
I'm not sure how it's possible, but this Forever XXI is even more poorly organized than any other one I've been to. I don't even know what style half the sections are supposed to be, and the tourists always pack this shop.
The cashier was rude. After telling he I no longer wanted a iteam she assist that we go look at the price, after telling her it's okay I don't want it. I've called 12 times and no one answered the phone to speak with someone and letting then know I still have the sincer still on my clothing I realized that was the cashier and she still was rude
I went to the store on Oct 4 at about 4.30 pm. Store has great collection as always. However, I was not happy with one female staff at the check out. I said hi and smoled to her. She looked as if I interrupted her chitchat time with a male staff who was happy to check me out. She pointed me to him made me look silly. She was sick and had no mask on.
