People who want to park, beware!!!
Guajillo, Pho 75 and BeanGood!
After we called the towing company to no avail, the staff was very helpful afterwards and called the towing company on our behalf. Apparently we weren't the first to have encountered this.
The food is great at Ben's and I've always had good experiences with the service and quality. It pains me to have to rate this place with 1 star due to a complication with the parking lot. My friends and I parked at Bens and walked to meet a friend at the metro station and enjoyed a great meal together. Unfortunately, we walked outside and were unable to find our car, it having been towed when we left the plaza for a period of no more than 5 minutes. It was clearly written that parking was available for shoppers in the plaza for a period of up to 1 hour, but did not say they would tow if you stepped out of the lot for a moment. Even with leaving, our dinner took about 50 minutes having arrived at 6:30 and preparing to leave at 7:20.
I think this is where we stop at a place called the Coffee Bean where we had a nice cup of coffee this place was a real American coffee house
Thank you Ben's for the good food, but no thank you to Colonial Village for the poor business practices associated with your parking lot.
This little shopping mall has one of the DC area's favorite places to have a bowl of pho at Pho 75.
Nice area with bunch of small restaurants. Be careful with parking- don't leave this small area or you will be towed right away. There is a guy watching people leaving the area. There is a good coffee shop called Bean Good. As well as some restaurants like Mele, Ben's Chili Bowl etc.
