Very well built mall with lots of stores, there are not that many super stores like JCpenny. Lots of closed down stores on one side of the mall which defeats the purpose of having 4 flights of stairs when it would be more convenient of having 3 flights.
When we traveled to DC, we were unsure of where to shop, eat and catch the metro. This placed saved us! We used the food court multiple times for dinner. It is conveniently located next to the Pentagon City metro station. Our hotel also provided drop off at this point and also would pick us up to take us back to our hotel; which made it is easy to get around. It can get a little crowded, especially during peak hours. There is also access to a Costco and other restaurants across the street.

Best Buy here has a wide selection of TV sets and the folks there were very knowledgeable about the best options given my cable. They also took my old TV to recycle for a fee.
nice upscale mall. good selection of stores and large food court. added bonus of having a metro station in the mall.
