Hybrid Pedals is a good place to get a quality E-Bike, They sold me a great A2B Bike for a good price. I love it....its better than a car....no gas $$. Also note that Hybrid Pedals fixed a factory defect on the bike by adding new parts that were not defective. Most places will order parts and take forever. They did it quickly....also they have a great Bike mechanic...He made the Bike ride 20% better after he tuned it up..... Thanks from a sincere customer
I first saw an electric bike about two years ago. I was intrigued and thought it might open up some additional options for continuing to enjoy biking. I recently decided to learn more about the various models and went to Hybrid Pedals to check out the choices. Alan and Charlie were great. They were accommodating and encouraging. Alan suggested some different models and let me try each. I wound up purchasing a bike that I am thrilled with. Some of the best customer service that I have experienced anywhere.
If you haven't experienced electric bikes, you ought to do that. It's all the joy of biking with a much greater range and lot of energy to do other things in DC. If you have, than this is the shop to go too. Very passionate, caring and flexible owner Alan, will make sure that you have the best bike experience. Talk to him if website doesn't offer what you are looking for. Without zero reservation and 100% insistence I recommend this to you!
Added: had a bike that I purchased through them 3 years ago that developed a crack in the frame. The frame was covered by warranty and Hybrid Pedals did an excellent job working with the vendor to get a new frame delivered and set up. Fantastic customer service.
I recently purchased a Pedego Interceptor at this shop and I absolutely love it. Alan and Richard were both very helpful and did not put pressure on me to make any purchase. They put me on several bikes to test drive and gave me honest opinions for what they thought suited me best. They are very upfront about their costs and I never felt that they were trying to oversell me on anything. It's also nice to have a reliable shop nearby with reasonable servicing prices for future maintenance and repairs on the bike (as opposed to nothing with online sales).
