Room full of Apple reps but no one wanted to help us. We even asked one person to help us on buying a phone....he said I have to have the payment device like everyone ...he told us to wait for few seconds ...went inside....never came back till we left the shop...then we went to a lady (i guess she is from service dept) and asked for help...she pulled someone to help us ....finally we came out with 2 iPhones .....
- On 8 DEC 2017; I walk into the store and asked to purchase two (2)iPhone 10s
Not up to par for an apple store! In their defense, I would like the believe the manager wanted to express sorrow but didn’t quite know how or what to say. Until they figure it out, I’ll stay clear of this particular location.
- Those were the facts and without my opinion of the better training needed by the store’s employees that weren’t quite rude, but appeared to not fully understand the concept of customer service. Additionally, I’d question their job knowledge as well due to the situation they put me and my family in. I absolutely do not recommend this store. If it were only one person that made this mistake, I’d b more forgiving and wouldn’t blame the management and culture of this particular store, but multiple people helped or should I say ruined my experience, ruined a Christmas gift and put my family and risk.
- I explained to one of the floor managers assisting me that I am traveling on business and I need my current phone operational and more importantly, I have a pregnant wife at home 150 miles away with no phone service right now because you all just activated the two phones I specifically said to not activate. Not to mentioned you ruined my Christmas gifts.
Had a 11:45 appt. I have been waiting 45 mins. It’s hard to tell the store employees from the patrons. Took me a few minutes to figure out who to talk too. Really busy and chaotic. It took forever to find parking and was really hard to find in the mall.
terrible computerized answering machine. lost my mac. never received notification AGAIN. am still on hold. my fault, I should have checked these ratings. they should go to walmart to learn business. however staff very nice.
- Immediately after the transaction was complete, my current phone stopped working (no signal). I asked to speak to a manager because the two young adults that were helping me clearly messed up.
If you can't help real buyers then please close this store and only sell it in online....
The lack of concern for customer service is disappointing. Went in to have someone address iphone having blank screen. There are a bunch of employees milling about who don't seem focused on helping customers do anything other than listen to music. Was told an hour and a half before anyone could even look at the phone to discuss the issue with me. Employees don't appear to be trained in anything other than sales, they don't appear to have enough tech support to support the store, and don't know how to prioritize issues. I left, went to Best Buy and they took less than 20 minutes to address the issue with my IPhone. Won't be returning to this Apple store for any reason.
EXTREMELY disappointed with recent service. Without a long run on paragraph of an elaborate complaint and non biased account of my incident, here are the facts:
- I told the sales rep that it’s a gift and I do not want to activate the phones. Simply purchase.
- Everything went down hill from there, with them contacting AT&T to find a solution. All in all, my wife that’s due at any moment had to drive to her local att to get her SIM card switched out due to a mistake this store made.
