Not exactly the best customer service, for a sales paradigm that is today catering predominantly to people who can't wait for a better priced online delivery.
The actual store is a little dingy, and not exactly clean. Plenty of the models are dead or not plugged in.
I got help and the associate cared about me. Which is rare in today's big box store world. I was walked to a display and the associate stayed with me to make sure if I had any questions, he was there to answer them.

Customer service was just poor. Checkout lines had 3 employees working then, all of which chatting and hovering at one register, and not paying much effort to attend to customers.
I'm sorry Geek Squad, you are going to have to do better. My phone had a cracked screen and I called the store giving them all of the details. Someone from the store said to come in and they can repair the phone. Of course I got to the store and no one has ever heard of repair before, after wasting my gas and time, so I decided to do replace my entire device. The person who completed the order messed up my address so badly. When have you ever in your life seen SE, DC, US?! SE is supposed to be at the end of the street, how is there no Washington at the end? It's absolutely ridiculous that people cannot use their brains there.
I have received absolutely first class help from Jonathan at the Best Buy at Pentagon City. He is very knowledgeable, helpful and was willing to spend as much time as I needed to answer all my questions and walk me through all options. Having knowledgeable staff like Jonathan is extremely crucial to Best Buy's success. Many people don't like to shop a mega stores because they do not get the customer support that they need.
