Tried to get my broken headphones replaced, under warranty. Because I didn't purchase them at a Bose store they were unwilling to help. I must call customer service... I guess I won't be taking my headphones with me next week on vacation. I will be call Amex about returning the $2500 worth of home stereo equipment that I purchased in the last 60 days (full Sonos style setup). I expect good service when I spend the extra $. They were going to end up at the end point either way. Seriously. Un. Freaking. Acceptable.
