Self Service Copies score a big goose egg ever since the copiers had the new user interface installed. I use a flash drive to transport files and 50% of the time or what feels like most of the time the copier locks up and will not go through the print process. Proceeding to price of prints or proceeding to preview Does Not. ---- Staff used to accommodate my need to get copies by taking my flash drive behind the counter and printing the files without going through the self-service interface. That was an annoying exercise while I could have been in and out in minutes. Now they want to add a special service charge to print files the system they sell for self-service is incapable of providing. ---- After so many months of trying to find out if the issue was even being looked at I've give up. I will drive more and pay more just to not have to deal with the printer circus.
Poor design for foot traffic. The front doors (on wilson) are all emergency exits only. You have to walk all around the block to walk in through parking lot. There used to be away to get to it in between buildings, but obviously it was used a lot (due to need), since the next structure put a gate up. Service is good here.
Why does this location exist? Poorly stocked with signs pushing you to buy online. They definitely don't trust the customers as there seemed to be more security tags than merchandise. Also, convenient road side doors are all blocked. So if you are a pedestrian, expect to walk around the building to the approved entrance.
This store is sooo small. The entry layout is someone's idea of a practical joke. Actual main entry is where the loading dock should be. The entrances along the main road frontage are fake. Just ridiculous. There is a woman who has been with this location for years but her ability to communicate effectively does not seem to have improved. This store needs to be put out of its misery. Staff was otherwise friendly and helpful.
got liquid armour applied to my phone. Excellent service. Whi the assistant manager was excellent. Professional knowlegible and pleasant even though she was very busy with multiple projects.
