This place is owned by an incredibly incompetent and inprofessional person. I was given a car that was filthy. It hadn’t been cleaned despite the steering wheel, doors and console being covered is sticky base similar to dried cola. The floors were filled with food pieces and crumbs and the windows layered with a dirty cloth marks.
Awesome experience! My sister and I rented a car here a couple of weeks ago and Tommy was fantastic! He was professional and personable and really helped us out as we were in a tight spot. Keep up the great work Tommy!
First, car had damage on all sides. Inside the car was dirty with food inside. I pointed this out to the inspector. He still sent me away with the car. As I was driving I began getting a headache due to the smell of smoke. Also, the radio has static in local channels. It’s horrible that Budget Car Rental In Pentagon City Mall would Rent this car out to anyone. I couldn’t take the time to return to the location as I needed to get to work. Don’t use this branch— or Budget in general.
When we arrived for our scheduled pick-up time the location didn't have any cars available. I was very upset as we were picking up a car to visit my family for Christmas and I was afraid we'd have to cancel our trip. But the owner was very patient and understanding even as I expressed my frustration over the situation. He made sure we got into a car as soon as one was available and we were still able to get on the road to travel home for the holiday. I was grateful for both his patience and that he took quick action to solve the problem. Thank you!

Tommy was very nice. Easy to pick up and drop off, although an after hours drop off option would be nice.
