I rent from National throughout the year at various locations. This location is the absolute pits. Had it not been vacation and using my free days I would have immediately walked over to another supplier. Just ridiculous.
if I could rate less than one star I would do so.
Worst customer service ever. Worst vehicle selection ever. And the one employee I could find DID NOT CARE! (FYI, searched quite a while before finding anyone. Like a ghost town. Weird.)
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great selection of vehicles. Very smooth experience and no unwelcome surprises. Very convenient access at the Reagan Airport (I flew Southwest and it was close to that terminal). Lots of signs at the airport when dropping off the car so that was easy as well. Would recommend them to anyone!

I travel for work regularly and always use National. Other companies are sometimes less money, but National makes it easy. I pick my car, they usually have good cars, they are always clean and they do not haggle you when returning.

So easy pick-up and drop-off walking distance to terminal or you can bus it.
I always rent my cars from National and the DCA (Ronald Reagan) location is excellent. The cars are clean, there is always a great selection and the staff are well-informed and friendly. I rate them 6 stars!!!
